How Do You Want To Be Remembered?
If you have ever asked yourself this
question, it’s time for an exercise in self-reflection. How you are remembered is less a function of
what you accomplish than of how you accomplish it. If you let image and concern with a legacy
influence your performance, you can be certain that they will—but not
necessarily in a positive way. Leaders need to have goals and aspirations, to
be sure. But along the way, building
strong teams with a shared vision is instrumental in creating a positive and
productive environment that will produce your desired results. In the end, you
will be remembered as much for your impact on your organization as for specific
achievements.
